DELIVERY: Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 7 PM). However, since we do not know each florist's delivery schedule for a particular day, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range unless verbally agreed. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery.
We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a $10.00 charge.
The driver may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf. The driver may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery, or pick-up. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery and be subject to a 10.00 surcharge for re-delivery.
* Note all transactions are in US currency. In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received before 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Orders received after 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. There are no deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays without verbal confirmation. Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays. Due to limited availability of florists open Sunday, we can not guarantee delivery on Sunday. However, Monday will need to be an option for delivery if Sunday is not available.
CANCELATION: While we process your request the moment we receive it, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete. Our network ranges through out the country and because of the importance placed on a timely delivery of your request and various time zones, it can sometimes be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. Cancellations must be done with-in 2 hours of placing your order. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of a mininium $10.00 per order for any order cancelled after this period of time.
GUARANTEE: The recipient may be called to schedule delivery.
We do not accept requests for delivery at specific times of day.
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner.
For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt re-delivery the next day. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 9pm.
For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, re-delivery will be attempted the next business day. Basic delivery fees will be applied and charged for redelivery. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 5pm.
Our goal is to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours.
